Just wondering- at what point in your training do you attend the course on "giving the customer a date + time to expect you, then not bothering to turn up or even phone with an excuse or apology"?

Just before the 'how to look at the problem, suck air between your teeth and say 'I don't carry that part with me - I can order it but it'll take 4 weeks to arrive' course...

They are supposed to be trained in that Bathsheba , but they don't turn up .

they do the same course in tech as car mechanics....ya know the one where they repeat again and again....."ohhhhh..you're talking telephone numbers mate....that's even if the parts are still available" and "we're gonna have to order that part from japan".lol!
