I think it is just an elongation of the word "yes".

It's right at the end of that clip EmEd.
Like the others above, I don't know how anybody can hear swearing in that clip, I think their minds must be working overtime.

It maybe a combination of the elongated "yes" coupled with the lyrics from the song.
