I reckon Mr Frank is suffering from mild heat/sunstroke this evening. Temperature here today high, but he went for a bike ride, a long walk and cut the grass. Now is the colour of a boiled lobster and not feeling the Mae West. Have told him to have a cool shower and take an aspirin to lower temperature. Any other ideas??

A cool bath would be best, and drink lots and lots of fluids.

Awww , make sure it's not a too cool bath though as cold will make him hotter if he has a peripheral shutdown sending his core temperature higher. Perhaps a damp flannel may be better but don't rub the inflammed skin .

In water, put some salt, sugar and a squeeze of lemon and that'll sort his out his dehydration when he drinks it. Or add it to cola. It's an emergency method we use over here for kids and adults alike.
