I watched it for the first time the other night - very bizarre show and one of those that shouldnt be funny, but you find yourself laughing through it.
i agree, think i said that before to you lol, its one of the best shows around at teh moment, pity it ends next week, wonder if they will do another series, i hope so
It's about observation. Chris Lilley observes people and life accurately, hence the three characters he portrays. Everyone must have come across a schoolgirl like J'amie in their time and a disruptive boy from an underepresented minority like Jonah.
Absolutely brilliant, and a real change from the usual sketch-show format with multiple characters.
I watched the first episode because there was nothing else worth watching. My bloke was about to poo-poo it when I made a point of switching over especially for the second episode, but now he loves it too.
I felt a bit sorry for Jonah being kicked out of school, but seems he got revenge at the end with his penis grafitti everywhere. It's a great programme, but not sure if the characters can be taken any further.
