Assuming you mean central Florida - Disney, etc - On the basis of 4 visits at that time of year I'll say it's...variable! We've had afternoon temperatures as high as 95 and as low as 70. But it's much dryer than it is in July or August and generally cooler. I think it's the best time to go.

you can still get hurricanes around the Caribbean that late; but it's very rare, and even if there is one, the chances of it landing on you are tiny.

best time to visit florida is in the spring time april/may tempretures are more comfortable in my own experience

the weather can vary considerably but are you aware that it's likely to be extra busy at the beginning of Nov due to Halloween/Bonfire night celebrations or is that why your going then?
