my friend wrote down his daughters name and gave it to a tattooist to do on his neck. a few days later he realised it was spelt wrong. went back down to the tatto place and checked the name he wrote in his book, and he gave the tattooist the correct spelling. he admitted they had done this 3 times before and accepted liability for it. where does he stand with this as far as compensation goes? we all know he should of realised sooner but had had a few drinks to calm his nerves and didnt notice..

Chap doing tattoo say's, "I can't figure why you want this on your back , its a first" ...Chap having tattoo say's ..."It's to celebrate the memory of the largest pair of pollocks ever caught in a fishing competition " ....
Camera pan to tattoist's face ...and silence as he pulls needle away from his back .

How come the tattooist did himknowing he'd had a few drinkies? My tattooist wouldn't have touched him with a .... well, with a needle... It's pretty bad practice actually. Is he part of the responsible tattooist thingy group?
