how does the battery come out of a vectra i have disconnected it but cant get it out is it clipped in somewhere help please

Panic Button

It probabaly has a clamp over a lip on the bottom edge.

To undo it you need a socket spanner set that has a long extension piece to reach down the side of the battery and undo a nut on the clamp.
