Sometimes kids get too absorbed in what they're doing daytime to remember to go to the loo. Do they still do training pants for her age for during the day? Sometimes that gives a sense of safety rather than have a parent whi might get angry if the child is wet again.
Takes time but as someone once said to me at this stage - Don't worry, they won't still be doing this when they're 21.

I think Growlybear has v. valid points. Sometimes my children would have accidents because they didn't want to miss out on a situation. Lots of other Q'si) Are there other children present to set example. ii) Is she uncomfortable being wet & is it easy to change.iii) Is she scared of toilet???She needs to understand that she is dry in order to attend school. Good luck,

We faced the same problem with a 4 year old grand daughter. After visiting the doctor she was referred to the local hospital where she had a scan. There was a kink in her urethra leading from the kidneys. This caused an infection and she was put on antibiotics. Later she was admitted to have a fine tube inserted in her vein to check for kidney function.
