I run 4 or 5 times a week. Not always at the same time of day. This morning I was out for about an hour today.
If I go out at the weekend, I run along the beach to somewhere like Rottingdean, which is about 4 miles away.
Running is a great toner for the thighs, bum and tum.
Tip - if you have a iPod, find the songs where the bpm (beats per minute) is in time with your comfortable running pace (160 bpm for me). It helps a lot, and keeps you going when you start to flag.

Hi Jenna 1978. All much appctd. I am beavering away at my Particulars of Claim (with legal references) at the moment. I found it helpful to do a draft Witness Statement first as that is the narrative and chronology, proviiding a body that can be edited down to the bones with the legal bits grafted on.
