Punishment

Last night I came home from work to find that my wife of 25 years had burnt my dinner to a crisp, again! This is now the second time she's done it in 5 days and I'm not very happy. I think she needs to be taught a lesson to make sure she doesn't do it again, but I also understand that it's no longer acceptable to hit her in the face. Can anyone offer any advice on how to hit her without leaving obvious bruising (mild bruising is ok). Thanks.

It could be that she is sending out a message to you by purposely burning your food. Violence leads to more violence. be a man and find out what the underlying problems are, and resolve them in a gentlemanly manner.
