my girlfriend had an abortion about 2 to 3 months & just find out that she is pregnant. so she decided to have another abortion by taking misfepristone & misoprostol pills so far she has took 2 of them & has not started bleeding or any thing & i had a discussion with her to keep the pregnancy as i did not want her to have abortion. i did ring nhs for advice but they told me that after taking the second pill called prostroblendin she should start bleading. that should break the uterus linning, in which after 4 to 6 hrs she will start bleeding. & advised that if she don't bleed there is no need for taking the third one. and should be safe to keep the pregnancy. the problem is she was given different tablet. different tablets & has not started bleeding yet. in which i am a bit confused & worried as i don't want to cause any complication. do you think it's to late to stop the proccess? will it cause any damage to the baby or my girlfriend. or is it too late to stop the proccess. what do you think i should do. please help

terambulan - you're obviously having trouble reading your own link.

some might think that one might learn from life's harsh lessons.

evidently not!

well that was my first query.. but it's been posted all over the shop now!
Terambulan, what do you thing a "medical termination" is?
*think*
terambulan, if a woman has a miscarriage at any time it is recorded as an abortion in the medical records.

There are two types of abortion - spontaneous, which is beyond the woman's control and is due to natural causes; and induced, which occurs when there is intervention either by pills or various types of surgery.

'Miscarriage' is not a medical term.
This is a quote from the article:

"..........You are also given one bottle containing four tablets of misoprostol to be used 24 to 72 hours after taking mifepristone. If this first dosage fails to induce a miscarriage, please call the clinic to receive instructions on using your back-up misoprostol tablets..........."

Either way, the harm has already been done to the foetus so princejj.....you should take your share of the responsibility here and be more careful.
Terambulam, this method is termed a medical termination of pregnancy in hospitals.

My question is this... Why is she not in hospital to have this done? In my experience as a nurse, they keep the patient in hospital as a day case for this procedure so they can assess what has been expelled from the body to ensure the procedure had been completed.

I strongly suspect a windup. Especially given that there has been no response from the questioner!
Why not just go to the doctor then the hospital and have it out and be done with, if your girlfriend doesn't want to get up the duff again I suggest going to see her GP and having the implant so she can't get up the duff if not get a coil fitted.....
