i am new to uk from an asian country. planning to buy a new house. but the terms using in uk is completely diffrent and new. when i ask my friends they couldn't give correct answer like most of your silly answer to my question. if you don't know it is better to keep shut.

at any cost i want to know each and every simple matter and terms regarding the building and property before i spent a big amount. if you can't hepl me ....?
