NHS OT assistant job and part-time degree
2 Answers
I am thinking of applying for a job within the NHS as an OT assistant as they offer you the opportunity of studying for a degree in Occupational Therapy on a part time basis whilst still paying you.
My question is really regarding any additional financial help that may be available. I am 27 years old and (part) own a flat so i have the responsibility of a mortgage, in order to take an assistant job i would have to take a drop in wage of 7000 a year! I can take a second job to make up some of it but i will struggle, does anyone know of any additional help that might be available? Thanks.

i see your dilemma, but in the end you will have a btter job with more money, meanng a nicer life for you so i dont see how you could get financial help with that
