A yellow light has started coming on occasionally in my peugeot 106, the symbol is a circle with a broken circle around the outside, what does this mean?

sounds like the brake or handbrake warning light. Owners handbook should tell you.

Either youv'e got low hydraulic fluid in the reservoir or brake pads need changing.

Could jsut be a faulty light, but you need to get it checked.

if the warning light is ORANGE color it usually means that your brake pads/shoes need changing, you will have to check to see if it needs front or back ones, but it does mean they are ready for new ones.

yes its the brake pad wear warning light, it mean s your pads are jsut over half way through and should be replaced Ornbage lights are Advisory , Red lights are a warning of a danger
