Started off quite well this morning, had a small pot of pineapple, but got the munchies and have just eaten 3 crackers and butter, Arrrrrrrrgh!!!

Puddi, don't diet!!

Do portion control, when you eat your dinner, just eat half of what is on the plate.

flump this is a ligthhearted thread dont spoil it!!!
It IS the hardest thing to do, Pud, but persevere if you have to. Is it for anything special or just a matter of keeping your health?
I cannot imagine that 3 crackers and a bit of butter is likely to end your diet. Just make your next meal healthy.

msEvp, its for me really, no health issues, i used to not have to diet, but put on a stone or so after my hysterectomy, cant motivate myself to get back to the gym,and my bones aches lol, try and get a few miles of walking in must days!!!

3 crackers and and butter is not much just cut back on some thing for the rest of the day ...diets are no good anyway healthy eating and exercise is the best way ..i use to go to a slimming club i put on weight .when your on a diet it makes you think about food all the time ..i left the club and have lost nearly a stone going to the gym and healthy eating good luck .

You will not lose weight if you starve yourself.

Start by reducing your daily calorific intake by 500 calories per day. Start exercising. Eat small meals 5-6 throughout the day so you never leave more than 4 hours between meals. Always have breakfast.

I started the cabbage diet but you have to do it when you can spend a week alone because wind is a very big problem!
