Renault espace auto gearbox problem

Hi, I have a problem with my automatic gear box, as I pull away it jumps between the gears. if I accelerate slowly all is well, if I give it a bit of power it jumps.
Can anyone shed any light on this.

I presume you have checked the gearbox oil level ?
