Skoda Fabia - ARS

What does the ARS button do on a Skoda Fabia? No mention of it in the entire owner's manual.
And does anyone know how much it would cost to buy a replacement cigarette lighter insert?
TIA

(Yes, I know the letters are in the wrong order but the Fabia is manufactured for many markets, so the abbreviation isn't necessarily in English). If so, it's traction control. (Try looking up 'Traction Control' in the manual to see if that makes sense).
That answer is no more than intelligent guesswork but I can tell you that you can buy Fabia cigarette lighters very cheaply on eBay:
