Hi all
I am stuck on something here. Its for a job application which has to be in today in a few hours time!
I have to write a maximum of 100 words on the following:

Making well judged decisions.
Show how you make decisions which address the issues and are based on relevant facts.

Can anyone give me some tips on what to write?
