Yaaaaawn, am very sleepy this afternoon.

Had a lovely day with my mum who came bearing presents for the cat. The pompoms lasted all of about 5 minutes but I've sprayed the rest of it with catnip and he's currently rolling round on the floor with it going mental :)

Man Utd supporters all over (live about 10 mins walk from Old Trafford) and trams rammed so guessing there's a match on with someone who has blue shirts :)

How has everyone else's day been?

feeling a bit better thanx to some of the abers sugestions, the flat is shining like a new pin there is a stew bubbling away and some banana and chocolate bread baking in the oven.
Im tired now but cant nap as my hubby and houseguest should be here soon, he was meant to phone half an hour ago but as yet nothing.
The sewer which has backed up and over flowed is being fixed after 2 weeks of raw sewage in the lane, so yeah pretty good!

Cats do love the catnip.
I used to have two sisters and I used to put it in a special ball and they played with it for hours.

Glad everyone's feeling better :) Think one of the lads at work has given me his cold though, grrr.

Had a lovely morning with the after effects of the cat deciding to have a bin raid and finding some out of date ham, nice! Don't think he will be doing that again!

Christmas prezzies already, wow! I got some cards today as mum and dad's wedding anniversary, future sis in law has had her book published, brother submitted his PhD, friends getting married next week, Neil's dad's birthday and one of our trainees at work is qualifying!!! So much going on!

I'm more of a last minute girl though, love it when all the lights and music are on and you can stop by the market for a gluwein and bratwurst :)
