ITV Catch Up

Because my DVD recorder is knackered, I watch a lot of stuff on line. BBC and Channel 4 are both great, but does anyone else have problems with ITV?. You can't move it on if you've only missed the last 10 mins of a prog - you have to let it play right through, you can't go back if you miss something, it freezes constantly and keeps loading, you then get perfect sound and a series of stills, then one frame for about ten minutes with sound continuing. The only part that plays perfectly with no problems is the adverts!! It does my head in - am I doing something wrong?

no-not just you netty7-i get this too. and i think it's been worse recently. v frustrating! i don't know if there is a solution...anybody?
