I have the bristley large rollers that you just put in your hair...not heated! But dont know how to use them!!! Do you put them in on dry or wet hair and should you use any products whilst using them?

This link seems to suggest you can use them on dry or wet hair....

Strangely enough, I was just about to start searching for the very things - my hairdresser had suggested velco rollers earlier on today and I was about to google those words to find out where to buy them when I saw your Question hehe.... so now we both know more !

thanks jugglering...thats what there called velcro rollers! Couldnt think what they were called, thanks very much for the link, will check it out now! x
hey guys im a hairdresser.
for velcros you are best drying your hair off before you put them in as you will be there for hours waiting for it to dry!
what you should do is dry your hair as usual with the products you would normally use. then take random sections, about 2 inches wide and up to an inch thick and comb the section, pulling away from the head. roll your roller into it. for more body, make sure it is nice and tight and not dragging itself down. then when you have all the rollers in, spray with hairspray and warm up with your hairdryer for few mins. then you can leave them to cool down naturally then take them out, or wait for 10 min then cool them with hairdryer.
the important thing is HEAT UP AND DONT TAKE OUT UNTIL COMPLETLEY COLD!
this way it will stay in.
