Insomnia
6 Answers
From time to time I suffer with insomnia and have found a pill which can be bought over the counter here in Spain. I know that for the 'real' sleeping tablets you have to have a doctor prescribe them. Therefore, I wonder if anyone knows if the tablets I take are any good or is it the placebo effect. I have tried natural sleeping tablets in the UK but they don't appear to have any effect. The main ingredient of the Spanish pills is doxilamina (25mg.) and I find that using half of one of these very small tablets helps me to get at least 7 hours sleep a night with no disturbances.

You can get them in lavender scent which is great for people suffering from insomnia. It's scent is very, very calming. The weight of the organic flaxseed gives the eye pillow enough weight to to do gentle accupressure around the eyes and temples. You can keep it in the freezer and it is very relaxing and soothing. They also come in peppermint and unscented. I know. I tried it and it helped me so much. I purchased mine at www.atouchofstain.com. Try them. You'll be more then pleased.
