new minimum wage?

hey, i should really read newspapers to find this stuff out! but i heard something about the min wage going up? i'm 22 and at uni, i work in a pub part time and get �5 per hour, should i be getting more? please let me know!! also if i am how do you go about getting back pay?! thanking you!

You get more that the minimum wage at the moment - it is �4.85 until October, when it goes up.
