Please can anyone tell me where to get seeds/plants of cynara hystrix and achillea tomentosum?

try contacting these people for some help in finding what you need. They are very specialist and have lots of more unusual varieties.

Thankyou, Hawkwalk, for your suggestion - I did go to the website, but I already know the nursery and they did not have the plants earlier - they now have got one cynara, but another they had died - perhaps they are too miffy for ordinary gardens?! Anyway, I shall still keep trying.
