can anyone help the heating on my mondeo is blowing cold its a 2001 model

if one is hot and one is cold it could be a blocked heater matrix or the valve is stuck
If both hot then the heater matrix has gone
If both cold its a blocked pipe or valve
if the engine is not getting warm at all then it may be your thermostat

Another possibility is that the cable, opening the flaps to allow air through the matrix, is not operating.
The cable is operated by rotating the heating dial, which pushes/pulls the cable via a gear box arrangement.
Over time, the adjustment becomes stiff due to crud build up, eventually something gives out � either a cable attachment or the gearbox strips.
