bags under eyes

my mum suffers from bad black bags under her eyes (not due to lack of sleep) shes tried various concealers and creams to try and cover them up/reduce them but with no luck, can anybody suggest a product that will help to cover them up or reduce them? she has sensitive skin but is ok with most brands.

Most of the treatments don't do what they claim - get rid of bags, but they may reduce the appearance. I have found that it's what goes in you, rather than on you. Eating healthy and plenty of exercise will help.

i have them too and im only 25 mine has past on from my old man.  I use banana split available at boots, i think it cost something like �3.50 and then you put normal foundation on the top or just up it in, it works really well for me.
