I'm in South London and I think the connection has gone. I've also been on hold on their fault line for the last 15 minutes!

Got rid of it and went back to sky over a year ago as it was always crap

I've never had a problem with Virgin, and it's not affected by weather or tall obstacles. :)

Just checked Ethel and it says there are no faults in my area. Hmmmmmmm!!!

I've just contacted friends who live in Ipswich and London - they can't get it either

None of the phone numbers are working so I guess its a South England technical issue. Well bang goes my TV viewing for the night then! No Gordon Ramsey and no Most Haunted Live!

Mine's working fine too, although it did go off on Tuesday night (their message said Luton and Bedford areas then)! It came back on about an hour later, but not before I'd missed the only progam I wanted to watch that night (House on Hallmark). It was from an old series, but one I'd not seen before!!

I have continuous problems with Virgin on Channel 5 every day, especially in the morning when watching The Wright stuff.

The picture keeps breaking up and the sound comes and goes.

Keep meaning to phone them but, not got around to it yet.
