not feeling anything :o(
im just about 17 weeks and i dont feel any movement what so ever! i know its only early days, but most of the sickness and tiredness has gone and i dont feel pregnant anymore :o(
i dont even really have a bump lol
which isnt a bad thing!!
i must admit i cant remember with my first when i started to feel movement it was 8 years ago now,
every web site i read it says you can feel movements bu now and maybe even kicking!!!!!
i think im a long way off kicks yet!
have any of you guys felt anything? and when??

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.oh dont worry was just suggesting the heartbeat thing as you seemed worried when you said you didnt feel pregnant. i was so paranoid with my second i had my midwife check for heartbeat at 12wks just so i would know i was ok! and yes you wind was most probably the baby moving! i was same with second and theres only 2 n half yrs between them kept thinking i was feeling movement but wasnt sure even tho ide already done it before.
have you had a 12 week scan? did they mention where the placenta was? if its at the front this cushions kicks meaning that some women dont feel them until mid 20 weeks.
also baby has a lot of room in there to wriggle around and as such may be kicking your back which will also make it harder to feel.
Plus in the early weeks, unless your sitting down quietly and really concentrating, it can be hard to pick up on those little poppy feeling kicks.
I hope you feel it soon, in the meantime if you do see midwife she may well try and find heartbeat (its difficult at 17 weeks) just to put you at ease.

I didnt feel anything until around 22 -24 weeks and even then I thought it was my imagination. As Redcrx (hi red) says it can depend on where the placenta is, mine was at the front so any movements were lessened. Also I had virtually no bump at all until around 28 weeks pregnant so it all sounds normal to me.
