A forum for sufferes of ADD has changed it's privacy policy, this after nearly 5000 people posted personal and private information on a secure web site. The change as good as say's that any information submitted can be used in anyway the owners of the forum wishes. No mention of this was made prior to this and no acceptance form shown. can they do this and is it legal. Any help much appreciated.

It's not about privacy policy as such, it's about Data Protection. They have to advise on the register what information they collect, and to whom they will disclose it. Sounds like they're in breach. Which site/organization is it?
