In the Girl Aloud song, The Promise, what exactly do the lyrics 'walking primrose' mean? They just dont make sense to me,

Allegedly it's a reference to Primrose Hill and the Primrose Hill Set.

Thanks for that. It makes more sense to me now but is still rubbish and irritating! Unfortunately, when I am at work there is only one station my stereo will pick up and they seem to like playing Girls Aloud songs.
