Bank charges letter

I sent my bank HBOS on of those letters demanding all my charges back for the last year. I actually got the template from here.

Anyway that was about a week ago & ive heard nothing back yet.

In the letter it said to respond within 14 days or I shall be passing it on to my solicitor (eeeeek!!)

What do I do know? Has anyone actually retrieved any money from their bank? Obviously I dont have & cant afford a solicitor!

All claims are on hold at the moment. They are awaiting judgement from the courts.

well if you only sent it a week ago and you said respond within 14 days they still have time to reply,! but as kathyan says its on hold at the mo
