Do you mean the people answering on Answerbank?

We are just normal people answering from a range of difference knowledge bases and experience.

Some are legally trained, some qualified, some not.

The answer you will get depends on what you are asking as different people know more about different areas. Just because one person is a solicitor they may only be able to advise on certain areas and other non-qualified people may give far better advice on other areas.

As the disclaimer says, a reply on here is no substitute for receiving proper legal advice which includes the fact that they will be acting under regulations and indemnity insurance.
