Any Candida's out there?

Having just seen a post from someone calling themselves Chlamydia (there is a cure for that bytheway Chlam) - it made me wonder if we have any ABers out there called Candida?

If so - can you tell us what is it like being named after a fungal infection? (Although, must admit, it is still a prettier name than Chlamydia).

There was a new evening soap on ITV a few years back, think it replaced Home and Away, and one of the producers was called Candida!! I nearly wet myself!!

Worse still are the ones called melena(or melaena)!! Black, tarry feaces associated with gastro-intestinal bleeding!
