then you find out the model number, goto samsungs website and the correct drivers will be available for download from the support section there.

Get all the others drivers while your on the site as well.

Probably need.

Video drivers
Network Drivers
Chipset drivers.

At least, but check the device manager after installing and see if there is anything showing with a yellow exclamation mark on it.
