Teeth whitening

Has anyone tried the teeth whitening kits you can buy in chemists? Any recommendations or definate 'no buys'?

Pam,The best to buy are Crest Tooth Whitening Strips! Just put one on the upper teeth and one on the lower and leave for 10 minutes. I buy ours off E Bay,much cheaper!

You can get em in Boots ww! but they're more expensive. Do a really good job though:-))
