I have been offered a job in Bournemouth over the summer, any ideas about accommadation? I have contacted the university there but they say they do not rent halls out over summer.

Loads of cheap accomodation down there, get in touch with estate agents that specialise in student accomodation and see if they can recommend a house share - failing that trawl about down there, you'll soon find something, there's loads of places. Don't bank on hotels as these will be mega busy over summer and expensive, and ask your employers if they can recommend something. Out of interest what's the job - would they have people in a similar situation to you? Good luck, bournemouth is a wicked place to live, especially in the summer.

It's a long shot but try www.fish4homes.co.uk click on Lettings and enter what you want! They even have house shares etc!

I did a search myself just to check and they have rather alot of properties!

You should be able to find a short lease tenancy throughout the summer... Winton is just out of town but a cool place to live and not too expensive.

There are several letting agencies but avoid 'Roberts' at all costs, as I have found out the hard way!!!1

Ditto most of the letting agencies, they will use any trick in the book to steal your deposit. If you can somehow obtain a private arrangement then that will be better.
