My Nan used to make us eat faggots when we were kids.  They are disgusting and should be avoided at all cost.  I think they offal meatballs!  yuck yuck yuck.

Faggots, like haggis, are divine! Yes, they are made from offal (innards), but do you like the taste? I grant you that I have some principles about eating some meats, but if I was told I'd already eaten them, I don't think I could pretend afterwards not to have liked them.
