Christmas is just one big commercial hype, let's get back to the real meaning of the day and celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Can you believe the PC of firms/councils etc. that take Christ out of Chrismas for fear of upsetting other ethnic/religious minorities.

This is a Christian feast in a Christian country....let's all remember that.

Thanks Mamma, I'm on my own over Christmas, I've had a few invites but being on chemo I don't think I could cope with all the festivities but don't anyone feel sorry for me because I shall quite enjoy just doing my own thing eating and drinking when I feel like it and watching what I want on the tele, I've so far been given 7 bottles of wine so I should have a good drink anyway, the nurse told me it's okay to have a drink while I'm on the chemo!! Anyway I hope you all enjoy the next couple of days.

Hi Gelda,
Just wanted to wish you a very merry christmas, and most important, better health and progress for the coming year.
We really do wish you the very best.
Hubby is getting there, slowly but surely. It was his birthday yesterday.
One day at a time.It will be a quiet day for us.. but will enjoy it all the same.
