Sore Feet

I have been in hospital for a month with abdominal problems but now I have come out my feet are really sore like i have been on them all day and just taken my shoes off it is stopping me sleep but the tablets the doc gave me make me dizzy and fall, I have tried to keep mobile but makes it worse when I walk any distance. I will go see the doctor after xmas but has anyone got advice to ease the pain in the meantime. TIA

if you were bedbound for a while your circulation may have got a bit sluggish keep feet warm and do circling exercises as you are sat down (feet circling i mean) I use a cream for arthritis in feet called Algesal (aspirin based so beware if you are allergic) and helps a little.
