Are Visas required in Carribean Countries e.g. Barbados, St Kitts, St Lucia and Grenadines. ( I hold a current 10 Year passport)

I guess it depends which country you are from and what passport you have, you dont say.

if you're going on a cruise, probably not, the ships take care of it themselves
