I had already got 'second stomach ' for 98 with a question mark because it is simply a dictionary meaning of 'reticulum ' and I thought that must be too easy and where does the rest of the clue fit in.?

Hello everyone, just discovered this thread. Only started the puzzle a few days ago and, like one or two others on here, still have quite a few to get, including the elusive No. 46. But would welcome a clue for 77 which my mind just seems to go blank on.
My trouble is its so long since I did it they make no sense when I look at them again
but got this one now

found in a hotel room
look at the first word then use that to look at the rest of the words
Just seen your reply, Smouse, thanks, will do.
Okay, got it now - should have seen that one, but had a complete mental block. (as with several others!) Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Got it now. Thanks
