tendonitis
6 Answers
tendonitis I have been told by the doctor that the pain in my right arm wrist and hand is tendonitis. He says to rest it!!!
This is almost impossible, and the pain is getting worse.
I take ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation, and wear are support on it, so that the wrist doesn't bend too much.
Will it ever go away?
Please help.

If I get gout in my foot I have to stop walking. Massively inconvenient but I have to do it. There is no good fairy who will tap it with a magic wand to make it go away. I have to do what is required.
A splint does sound like the best idea as terambulan suggests, and try to use your left arm instead... that's what we have spare arms for.

thank you all for your answers. It is not from using a PC, but a four day bout of non stop painting I think. It is very difficult to rest, as I have young family, and a husband who works away from home through the week. I am trying to do as much as I can by pretending that I have only one hand. I am hoping that things will improve.
