hi Stayahead - you're very welcome. The other question has been asked several times on answerbank and a few people have suggested c0cks ....rhymes with cox as in "one over the eight" in a rowing boat...

Hi all!

I'm not doing this quiz (whatever it is) but I am very curious as to the answer to this clue coming from a family of ornithologists! I have seen this q asked several times and no-one seems to know.

Compared to the structure of the rest of the quiz/answers that sounds very obscure to me, but who am I to comment as I can't think of anything myself that would fit?! Thanks, I'd love to know the 'right' answer!

In the W.I. quiz there is 50 clues to bird names.. With the kind assistance of the answerbank experts I have got 49 of them correct....Raven is the only suspect one, but theres always ONE in their quizzes !. Must be THAT one !. Cheers, John
