re applying for a provisional licence

I got my first provisional licence when i was 17 now 10 yrs later I want to actually learn to drive - I need to re apply for a licence but can't find the form on the net anywhere - all i could find was the application for 1st application?? can anyone help???

why do you need to reapply?
Licences, per se, aren't time-restricted. If you held a licence 10 years ago you still hold a licence.

However, the photograph is only valid for 10 years. If you're just approaching the 10 year point, the DVLA should automatically send you the relevant paperwork. If you don't get it (or the 10 year point has already passed and you've not received it) you can use form D1:
