Black Bamboo

Tearing whats left of my hair out.I have had a black bamboo for three years and it has only grown 2-3 feet.I have shifted its position twice - no luck.Any advice

I'm not sure how fast it's supposed to grow but not all bamboos grow a mile a minute!  To keep moving it will only slow it down, so I'd leave it where it is, keep it well watered & feed it & hopefully it will gather speed!
