I don't think he's the best chef in his class.

I've eaten at The Fat Duck a few times, and thought it was fab ...

... but I think Marco Pierre White is a better chef.

And, probably, John Burton Race.

I would worry that any food from marco pierre white may have suffered from sweat drips and spit spatter from violent outbursts at the staff
