tight shoes
i have bought these shoes from marks and spencers they are paintent and very hard and quite high ive worn them once and they crippled my feet for the next 3 days does any one know how i could stretch them

But if you heat up a spoon with boiling water you can gently mould the shoes where they are tight. Just dont go overboard as they will give a little once worn a few times anyway.

buy some punch shoe stretch spray at a cobbllers, spray iot on shoes and stuff tight with newspaper, or u can buy a wooden shoe stretcher in most shoe repair shops, the spray has a very strong adhesice type smell so make sure u open windows it does work to as i bought some faith shoes on ebay really nice but nipped at the pointy toe and across front of shoe, i used punch shoe stretcher spray and theyfit great , no nipping at all itscosts about 4 quid a small aerosl can
