I am having problems with the alarm on my car. Every time i lock the car the alarm activates itself even if i am only locking it and it keeps going off. My husband has been through the manual and tried everyting including trying to disable the battery in hope that he can reset everything but the alarm goes off before he can do anything. Money is very tight at the moment so is there anyone who has any suggestions becuase at the moment i am having to leave my car unlocked. Many thanks

when you get out of the car try pressing the button that turns the ultra sonic sensor off (the one that you press if you leave a dog in the car) then shut the door and lock the car normally if the alarm doesn't go off then it will be the sensor that is faulty.
If this doesn't work it could possibly be the alarm sounder thats faulty ive known the back up battery inside go flat before which causes a similar fault to what you are getting
