I work for the marketing department of a big FE college and we want to attract men onto our part-time vocational and leisure courses. Such as 'Shares', 'Aquatics', etc. I was just wondering what would appeal to men? Courses in DIY, computer, etc. are the obvious. In other words, what's stopping you from enrolling on an evening course this New Year? What are the perceived barriers? Timing, memories of school, subjects, etc.
