I would rather look more stupid than I was - at least that way I would have a head start if you know what I mean - people would judge me and not expect so much of me, but on the other hand if I were more stupid than I looked I would probably be oblivious to it anyway so it wouldn't really matter.
Anyway I think I probably look more stupid than I am, but knowing it may hurt a little - who wants to look stupid???
